- <ol id="isPasted"><li><u>26451 Ascension Drive – File #CUP23-0004 – Lands of Purissima Hills Water District</u></li></ol>Request for (1) Conditional Use Permit for the demolition of an existing single-story 2,500 square-foot building and construction of a new two-story 7,600 square-foot operations and maintenance building, (2) Variances to the Residential-Agricultural District (R-A) Development Standards for Setbacks, Maximum Development Area, Maximum Floor Area, Building Height, and Ground Coverage for Conditional Uses, (3) Grading Policy Exception to exceed thresholds for cut/fill, and (4) Amendment to reduce the area of an existing Conservation Easement. The project includes a new secondary driveway for egress, paved areas for vehicular circulation, material bins, equipment storage, and areas for large parts storage.
