Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Health and Human Services Department by $2,500, offset by the Fourth Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department to provide supplemental funding for the Long Beach Veterans Day Celebration; and Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $2,500 to offset a transfer to the Health and Human Services Department.
