Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement, and all necessary documents, including any amendments, with the California Office of Emergency Services under the Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Program, to accept and expend grant funding up to $56,361, for forensic science crime laboratory equipment and training, for the period of April 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024; and Increase appropriations in the General Grants Fund Group in the Police Department by $56,361, offset by grant revenue.
