Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFQ AP-22-160 and award a contract to Jacobs Project Management Co., of Irvine, CA, for Engineering Construction Management Services for the Terminal Roadway Improvements Project at the Long Beach Airport, in the amount of $1,579,880, authorize a 15 percent contingency in the amount of $236,982, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,816,862, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any necessary subsequent amendments; and Increase appropriations in the Airport Fund Group in the Airport Department by $1,816,862, offset by grant revenues and Airport funds available.
