Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement, and any subsequent amendments, with the State of California Department of Public Health, to accept and expend funding based on the number of client enrollments, for the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Assistance Program (PrEP-AP) enrollment services, for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2027, with the option to extend the agreement for four additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager.
