Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all necessary documents and any subsequent amendments, including any amendments to the award amount, with the California Department of Public Health to accept and expend grant funding in the amount of $600,000 for local cannabis education and youth prevention for a 36-month period estimated to begin June 30, 2023 through June 29, 2026, with an option to extend the agreement for an additional 36-month period, at the discretion of City Manager; and Increase appropriations in the Health Department in the Health Fund Group by $600,000, offset by grant revenue.
