Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a nonexclusive Revocable Use Permit with Long Beach Bowhunters, Inc., a California nonprofit, for the use of the eastern portion of the Olympic Range and the Indoor/Flint Range at the El Dorado Archery Range two days per week, for the promotion of the sport of Field Archery and the conduct of competitions, for a term of three years, with three, two-year renewal options at the discretion of the Director.
