Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Nonexclusive Revocable Permit with El Dorado Archers, Inc., a California nonprofit, for the use of the eastern portion of the Olympic Range and the Indoor/Flint Range at the El Dorado Archery Range up to two days per week, for the conduct of instruction and safety classes in archery, for a term of three years, with three, two-year renewal options at the discretion of the Director.
