Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute a Memorandum of Understanding, and all necessary documents, including any subsequent amendments, with Long Beach Job Corps Center (LBJCC), to provide local law enforcement authority to enforce laws and conduct investigations on LBJCC premises, 1903 Santa Fe Avenue, which are under federal jurisdiction, for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager.
