Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to apply for grant funds through the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), authorize submittal of applications for all CalRecycle grants for which the City of Long Beach is eligible, and execute all documents necessary to accept and expend the funds to implement the purposes of the grant, until rescinded.
