Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right-of-Entry Permit, and any other necessary documents, with The Over Under Initiative, Inc., a Connecticut nonprofit corporation, to install two Goalpher retractable soccer goals at Veterans Park, for a six-month term beginning August 1, 2023, through January 31, 2024, with one, six-month option to renew, through July 31, 2024, at the discretion of the Director.
