Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right-of-Entry Permit, and any other necessary documents, with Long Beach Community Compost, a California Nonprofit corporation, for a program to operate a community composting project at Willow Springs Park for a period of two years from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2025, with two (2) two-year renewal periods at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine.
