Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute a Memorandum of Understanding, and all necessary documents, with the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department to provide training opportunities at the Regional Maritime Law Enforcement Training Center, at no cost to the City of Long Beach, for a term of three years commencing from the date of execution of this agreement.
