Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $8,380, offset by the First Council District One-Time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide contributions to the following: 1. Dig Life, DBA: Dreamz Into Goals, in the amount of $1,000; 2. The United Cambodian Community in the amount of $2,500; 3. Centro CHA in the amount of $500; 4. Marcus Hobbs, DBA: Austin Marcus LLC, in the amount of $500; 5. ZW USA Inc., DBA: Zero Waste USA, in the amount of $880; 6. Five Keys Schools and Programs in the amount of $500; 7. California Families in Focus in the amount of $2,500; Increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Parks, Recreation, and Marine Department by $3,059, offset by the First Council District One-Time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to cover the cost of name plaques currently installed at Harvey Milk Park; and Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $11,439 to offset transfers to the City Manager and Parks, Recreation and Marine Departments.
