Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right-of-Entry Permit, and any other necessary documents, with Aquarium of the Pacific, a California nonprofit corporation, on behalf of Craftsman Village Historic District, to plant native plants for the creation of a Western Monarch Garden at Craftsman Village Park, for a period of one year, from June 22, 2023, to June 21, 2024, with two (2) one-year renewal periods at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine.
