Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into a new lease with Janet M. Todd, doing business as Todds Christmas Trees, for the sale of Christmas trees and related ancillary items, using a portion of the former Pacific Electric Right-of-Way property located between 7th Street and Ximeno Avenue, for a period of three months from October 1 through December 31, 2023; with two, one-year renewal options for the same three-month period in 2024 and 2025, at the discretion of the City Manager.
