Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary, and any subsequent amendments, with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health to enter into a data use agreement to share certain vital records information for a period of three years, with the option to renew the agreement for two additional one year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager.
