Recommendation to authorize City Manager or designee, to execute all necessary documents, including any subsequent amendments, with the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways, to accept and expend grant funding in an amount not to exceed $6,000,000 for the Davies Boat Launching Facility project, for the period of February 1, 2023, through February 1, 2026; Increase appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund Group in the Capital Grant fund in the Public Works Department by $6,000,000, offset by grant revenue received from State of California Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways (C4134069); and Increase appropriations in the Tidelands Operating Fund Group in the Public Works Department by $6,000,000, offset by a transfer of State of California Department of Parks and Recreation funds from the Capital Projects Fund Group.
