Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right-of-Entry Permit, and any other necessary documents, with the City of Long Beach Office of Sustainability, for continued programs, habitat restoration and special event activities at Willow Springs Park for a period of five years from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2028, with two (2) five-year renewal periods at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine.
