Recommendation to endorse submission to execute a grant agreement, and any necessary documents, to accept and expend grant funding in an amount not to exceed $6,000,000, with the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways, for the Davies Boat Launching Facility project, for the period of February 1, 2023, through February 1, 2026; and, Increase appropriations in the Tidelands Operating Fund Group in the Public Works Department by $6,000,000, offset by grant revenue.
