Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right-of-Entry Permit, and any other necessary documents, with the Wrigley Area Neighborhood Alliance (WANA), a nonprofit organization, to improve and maintain Cressa Park for a period of two years from February 1, 2023, to January 30, 2025, with two (2) two-year renewal period at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine.
