Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary subsequent amendments, with West Enterprises Inc., DBA Uniglobe Travel Designers, of Columbus, OH, for as-needed travel management, travel expense management, and related services, on the same terms and conditions afforded to the Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC) through Omnia Partners, in a total annual amount of $250,000, with a 20 percent contingency of $50,000, for a total annual contract not to exceed $300,000, until the Omnia Partners contract expires on November 30, 2024, with the option to renew for as long as the Omnia Partners contract is in effect, at the discretion of the City Manager.
