FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid from Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No.110-0751 and Mental Health Services Act Fund/Budget Unit No. 164-0752. ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the agreement with North American Mental Health; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer execute the agreement.
- 52 PARTNERSHIP HEALTHPLAN OF CALIFORNIA TRANSITIONAL RENT PROVIDER AGREEMENT SUBJECT: Agreement with Partnership Healthplan of California to retain County of Lassen to provide Transitional Rent Services for Partnership's Members. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a revenue agreement that will reimburse Lassen County as determined by standards defined by the Department of Health Care Services.
