ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION FOR THE RECOMMENDED BUDGET AND APPROVAL OF CAPITAL PROJECT EXPENDITURES SUBJECT: Resolution adopting the Recommended Budget and Capital Project expenditures for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027. FISCAL IMPACT: Adoption of the recommended budget allows departments to continue operations prior to the adoption of the final budget. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt resolution.
