PARTNERSHIP HEALTHPLAN OF CALIFORNIA TRANSITIONAL RENT PROVIDER AGREEMENT SUBJECT: Agreement with Partnership Healthplan of California to retain County of Lassen to provide Transitional Rent Services for Partnership's Members. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a revenue agreement that will reimburse Lassen County as determined by standards defined by the Department of Health Care Services. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Partnership Healthplan of California Transitional Rent Provider agreement; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
