LASSEN COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INITIAL TREATMENT PROVIDER APPLICATION SUBJECT: Authorization for the Director of Behavioral Health to sign and submit the Application for Initial Treatment Provider with the State of California Health and Human Services Agency Department of Health Care Services Substance Use Disorder. FISCAL IMPACT: The Application Fee will be paid out of Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0751 and is included in the 2024/2025 Fiscal Year budget. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Authorize the Behavioral Health Director to execute and submit the Application.
