LETTER TO GOVERNOR NEWSOM AND ATTORNEY GENERAL BONTA SUBJECT: Letter of concern requesting that Governor Newsom and Attorney General Bonta investigate whether fueling stations inside the City of Susanville may be engaging in non-competitive practices to fix prices of gasoline and diesel fuels. FISCAL IMPACT: None. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve letter; and 2) authorize the Chairman to execute; and/or 3) provide direction to staff.
