HOUSING AND GRANTS AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND HOUSING TOOLS, LLC SUBJECT: Agreement between Lassen County and Housing Tools, LLC. to provide services related to facilitating the development of housing and expansion of housing-related services in the amount of $75,000.00 for Fiscal Year 2024/2025 and Fiscal Year 2025/2026. FISCAL IMPACT: This Agreement will be paid from Grants and Loans Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0941 and is included in the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement with Housing Tools, LLC.; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the agreement.
