FIFTH AMENDMENT AGREEMENT PRISON PROSECUTION SUBJECT: Request to amend agreement between the County of Lassen and Jordan Funk for prison prosecution, increase fees to align wit recently increased prison defense fees. FISCAL IMPACT: No impact to County General Fund, the contract is reimbursed through California Department of corrections and Rehabilitation. ACTION REQUESTED: Authorize the County Administrative Officer and the Board Chairman to execute the amendment.
