EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) RESOLUTION FOR THE ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT GRANT SUBJECT: The Lassen County Sheriff's Office is requesting the Lassen County Board of Supervisors approve a resolution to accept the additional funding from the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) for the JAG equipment grant. FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to the general fund. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the proposed resolution accepting the award from the Byrne JAG Program authorizing the County Administrative Officer to execute agreement documents; and/or 2) provide direction to staff.
