FINANCIAL AID PROGRAM AGREEMENT SUBJECT: Board Resolution for 2025/2026 Application for Financial Aid and Financial Aid Program Agreement, State of California Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways. FISCAL IMPACT: Potentially provide $45,640 to the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office for Boating Patrol Services for the 2025/2026 Fiscal Year. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt Resolution; and 2) approve the Financial Aid Application to the State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways for program participation in the 2025/2026 Fiscal Year; and 3) authorize the Sheriff to execute the Application for Financial Aid for 2025/2026 Fiscal Year on behalf of Lassen County authorizing program participation.
