FISCAL IMPACT: Incremental increases over multiple budget units during the MOU term. ACTION REQUESTED: Ratify Side Letter of Agreement with Lassen County Peace Officer Management Association amending:1) Article 8.10 Professional Leave, specifying when the leave hours are created; and 2) Article 11.01 Health Insurance, increasing the county's monthly contributions to Medical and flex; and/or 3) provide direction to staff.
