FISCAL IMPACT: This is a grant-funded program that will require a future funding appropriation in the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 budget. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt resolution; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or his designee to execute the agreements.
