ADMINISTRATION SUBJECT: Board Resolution for 2025-2026 Fiscal Year (FY) Financial Aid and Financial Aid agreement, Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control’s ABC-OTS Grant Program through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. FISCAL IMPACT: Potentially provide $30,000 in revenue to the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office for alcohol enforcement and education for the 2025-2026 FY. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt resolution; and 2) approve Financial Aid Agreement to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for program participation in the 2025-2026 FY; and 3) authorize the Sheriff to execute the agreement.
