GRANT AGREEMENT #25-10599 WITH CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH (CDPH) SUBJECT: Grant Agreement #25-10599 with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for the Disease Intervention Specialist (DIS) Workforce Development Grant for Fiscal Years 2025 through 2030 in the total amount of $462,735. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a Revenue Agreement for the Public Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0731. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Grant Agreement #25-10599 with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH); and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the grant documents.
