LOCAL ENFORCEMENT AGENCY HEARING OFFICER SUBJECT: Appointment of Robert Jordan Funk as local Enforcement Agency Hearing Officer for Solid Waste in accordance with Public Resources Code Section 44308 and repealing the Solid Waste Independent Hearing Panel. FISCAL IMPACT: Funds are appropriated in approved Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive report; and 2) adopt resolution.
