SUBJECT: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) and Participating Members of the Dental Program which includes Lassen County with Ameritas Application for Dental Services. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no net increase to the general fund. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) and participating members of the Dental Program and Ameritas application; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute.
