RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO-COST LEASE FOR THE SALVATION ARMY SUBJECT: Resolution and contract establishing a no-cost lease for the 2026 season for use of facilities at the Lassen County Fairgrounds by the Salvation Army. FISCAL IMPACT: Potential reduced revenue. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt resolution; and 2) approve contract; and 3) authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute the contract.
