FISCAL IMPACT: This is a Revenue Agreement for Public Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0731. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Grant Agreement with California Department of Public Health and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the Grant Documents.
