OFFICE OF AUDITOR/CONTROLLER/TREASURER/TAX COLLECTOR URGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2024-02 SUBJECT: Consider adoption of an urgency ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2024-02 - An Ordinance of the County of Lassen Repealing the Consolidated Offices of Auditor/Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector, to change the effective dates on Section 2 and Section 3 from January 4, 2027, to October 31, 2025. The remainder of the ordinance will remain unchanged. FISCAL IMPACT: Unknown. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Introduce, waive the reading of, and adopt/enact ordinance (4/5 vote required); and/or 2) provide direction to staff.
