STATE OF CALIFORNIA AGREEMENT #25-HHAP-10008 WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SUBJECT: Agreement with State of California Agreement #25-HHAP-10008 with the Department of Housing and Community Development for Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention Program Round 6 funds to prevent and expeditiously reduce unsheltered homelessness through homelessness prevention activities. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a revenue agreement through Fiscal Year 2030 in the amount of $152,906.08 for the Housing & Grants Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0941. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the agreement; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or designee to execute the agreement.
