FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. ACTION REQUESTED: Open public hearing on the 2026/2027 Bieber Lighting District Budget and either continue the public hearing or take actions as follows: 1) Adopt resolution Establishing Appropriations Limit the amount of $29,671 for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Pursuant to California Constitution Article XIII-B and Government Code Sec. 7910; and 2) approve the 2026/2027 Bieber Lighting District Budget in the amount of $4,575.
