CALPERS PUBLICLY AVAILABLE PAY SCHEDULES (PAPS) INCREASE IN PAY RATES SUBJECT: Resolution adopting and providing to CalPERS Publicly Available Pay Schedules (PAPS) increasing pay rates by 3.1% effective July 5, 2026, for 1) Appointed Department Heads, Confidential Employees and Elected Officials; 2) Management and Professionals Association; 3) Peace Officers Association; 4) Peace Officers Management Association; 5) Road Workers Association; and 6) General Unit-UPEC Local 792. FISCAL IMPACT: A 3.1% increase in salaries for six (6) bargaining units within various departments. Departments have included the increase in their respective FY 2026-27 budgets. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt resolution; and or 2) provide direction to staff.
