PROPOSED ORDINANCE FEES SUBJECT: Proposed ordinance repeals and replaces Lassen County Code sections 3.18.020 (Planning Fees), 3.18.021 (Mining Fees), 3.18.090 (Building Permit Fees), 12.24.075(c) (Expiration and Unissued Permits), and adds 12.24.075 (f). FISCAL IMPACT: Estimated annual increase to Building Fees of $24,000, Planning Fees $7,000, Environmental Health Fees $40,000, Mining Fees is unknown. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive report; and 2) waived the second reading and adopt the ordinance.
