FISCAL IMPACT: The maximum amount of the agreement will not exceed $115,000 and will be paid from the Public Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0731. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the agreement with Les Hall; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
