FISCAL IMPACT: Anticipated revenue in the estimated amount $3,573,549 from the 2024/2025 appropriation of SB 1 RMRA Funds to the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Road Fund No. 122. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the resolution adopting a list of projects for Fiscal Year 2024/2025 funded by SB1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017; and 2) authorize the Chairman to sign.
