72 HOUR VEHICLE TOWING ORDINANCE SUBJECT: Proposed amendment to Section 1.19.180 (Vehicle removal after 72 hours) of the Lassen County Code, concerning towing vehicles from public roads after being left in the same place for 72 hours. FISCAL IMPACT: None. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Waive the second reading and adopt the ordinance; and/or 2) provide direction to staff.
