TRANSPORTATION SUBJECT: Agreement Between Lassen County and Lassen County Transportation Commission for a Caltrans Sustainable Communities Comprehensive Grant to Augment the County’s Geographic Information System (GIS) Upgrade Project. FISCAL IMPACT: Funding for this project will come from Caltrans Sustainable Planning Grant. In kind staff time will be used for required match. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve Agreement between Lassen County and Lassen County Transportation Commission; and 2) authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the Letter of Understanding.
