CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL CANNABIS TAX FUND GRANT PROGRAM SUBJECT: California Highway Patrol Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program. FISCAL IMPACT: Revenue appropriated by the California State Controller's Office in the amount of $277,933.17 in grant funding for Fiscal Year 2025/2026. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt resolution for purposes of accepting funds from the California Hghway Patrol Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program; and/or 2) provide direction to staff.
