PLANNING AND BUILDING SERVICES SUBJECT: Proposed ordinance repeals and replaces Lassen County Code sections 3.18.020 (Planning Fees), 3.18.021 (Mining Fees), 3.18.090 (Building Permit Fees), 3.18.120 (Environmental Health fees, 12.24.075(c) (Expiration and Un-issued Permits, and adds 12.24.075(f). FISCAL IMPACT: Estimated annual increase to Building Fees of $24,000; Planning Fees $7,000; Environmental Health Fees $40,000; Mining Fees increase us unknown. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive report regarding proposed fees; and 2) conduct a public hearing in accordance with Section 66016 of the Government Code; and 3) introduce the ordinance and read (or waive); and/or 4) provide direction to staff.
